Frequently asked questions

Is a vow renewal legally binding?

No. Renewing your vows is a purely symbolic ceremony – you are married already. That is exactly where the freedom lies: there are no formal requirements, so we shape the celebration entirely around your wishes.

How long does an anniversary speech take?

The speech itself usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes. If I also host the evening, we agree the whole running order together – from the reception through the programme to the close of the night.

Can you host the entire evening?

Gladly. As an experienced host I can guide your whole event, introduce each part of the programme and keep the evening flowing. This is charged by the hour – we will go through the details in your first consultation.

Can the celebration be held in English?

Yes. I hold ceremonies and host events in English, German or bilingually – Russian, Portuguese and Turkish are also possible as a second language. This works particularly well for international families and companies in Vienna.
